Our new cutting machine can be used to produce accurate custom designs using the latest CAD software and technology. The cutting machine is used to produce up to 95% of all orders, supplying customers such as Rolls-Royce, Hydro Systems, & GE Power.

A 2,000mm wide cutting machine bed which is capable of cutting panels over 50 metres in length. A range of cutting tool options such as drag blades for detailed cuts or rotary blades for different thicknesses of PVC material. Both permanent and washable pen markings are available.

We have the capabilities of both cutting small specialised paper templates to high quantity parts, such as PVC patches, rubber gaskets & PVC reinforcing.
